did you accept the invite in your e-mail?
then you go to www.blogger.com and log in, and it should have a link to Puerto Rico that you click on, and takes you inside the blog "mainframe", hehehe.

Yes you did! I will send another one. It should come from blogger.com or something similar-ish. It's going to your hotmail account. Be On The LookOut. Check your JunkMail folder too.
