All of the second half you already knew, that was all last season.
And the first half was assumed. Hmm, #1 Jennifer Garner's pregnant, and they said they would work it into the show rather than postpone the season, hence making Sidney pregnant. #2 Jennifer Garner is pregnant, meaning her husband is probably around her more on the set, meaning the rumors about him not being comfortable with Michael Vartan after he dated Jennifer true, making the rumors that Vartan was leaving the show possibly true.
Which is not necessarily true. Nothing is as it seems on Alias. JJ Abrams has sad that Vaughn will be incorporated the whole season, and just because we don't see him doesn't mean he's there. Which could mean, he's in heaven looking down. OR it could mean that like so many other deaths on the show(Sid=2, Sid's mom=2, Sloane's Wife=1, and etc.) this one is fake.
